Order processing and dispatch
We prepare and hand orders to our courier partners as part of the estimated 2–7 day delivery window. Dispatch means the parcel has been handed to the courier; it is different from delivery to your address.
Our processing and dispatch days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed from the next working day.
Delivery time
Delivery is estimated to take 2–7 days from order confirmation to delivery, including order processing and courier transit, depending on your location and courier service.
The 2–7 day estimate is in calendar days. Courier delivery schedules may vary by location. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote locations, sale periods, public holidays, weather or courier disruptions may cause delays.
Shipping charges and offers
Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Free delivery offers are subject to the eligibility conditions displayed with the offer. Review your final order total before confirming your purchase.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within India to PIN codes supported by our courier partners. Availability depends on your delivery address and courier coverage. International delivery is not currently available.
If we discover that an address cannot be served after an order is placed, we will contact you to agree an alternative or cancel the affected order and refund any amount collected for it.
Tracking your order
Tracking details are shared after dispatch so you can follow your parcel with the courier. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the parcel is handed over. If you have not received tracking details or need help interpreting an update, email akkadbakkad@bambebo.com with your order number.
Your delivery address
Check your complete address, PIN code and contact details before ordering. For corrections, email us promptly with your order number. Changes depend on processing status and may not be possible after packing or dispatch.
Delayed, missed or missing deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, a delivery attempt was missed, or tracking says delivered but you have not received it, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and explain the next steps. Please keep your contact details available so the courier can reach you.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us with your order number and photographs where possible. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the process. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
